When should I schedule my spring startup?

In Colorado Springs, we typically begin startups in late April or early May, once the risk of a deep soil freeze has passed. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred timeframe.

Do I need to be home for the startup?

We generally need access to the water shut-off (usually in the basement or garage) and the controller. If your controller is accessible and the water is already turned on at the main valve, we can often perform the service while you're away.

What if the technician finds a leak?

If we find a repair that needs to be made, we'll explain the issue and provide a quote on the spot. In many cases, we can handle minor repairs during the same appointment to save you a second visit.
